Whether it is the stressors of daily caregiving or the stress that comes from changes such as those associated with COVID-19, we all need tips and tools to maintain a level of wellness that brings us joy and satisfaction in our role as caregivers.  The intent of this session is to provide concrete suggestions for coping with stress as well as provide support and understanding for the emotional impact of daily caregiving and changes associated with living during the time of a pandemic.

***Please Note: This support group will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
