The Options program invites you to meet moms who are currently in a substance abuse recovery program. During this discussion, you will learn what normal behavior looks like from parents with trauma history and what might be behavior that indicates relapse. Most importantly you will learn ways to be supportive and a resource to moms in recovery. Mothers who are currently in a substance abuse recovery program will be sharing stories about their trauma histories and recovery.

***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
