A series of 2 workshops

We limit our children’s potential when we see them only in the moment. As we view our inquisitive toddler, rambunctious 10‐year‐old or texting teen, we rarely think about them as the 35‐, 40‐ or 50‐year old’s they will become. In this class we will discover the importance of preparing children to become healthy, productive, and contributing adults. For them to thrive over their lifetime, we need to teach them the skills they need to navigate this complex world and help them build the resilience needed to overcome adversity and view challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation. We need to build our parenting skills so that we can give them both the stability of roots and the freedom of wings. During this pandemic it can be more challenging to identify ways to increase resilience. In this class you will discover creative ways to build resilience in your children and in yourselves so your family can live your best lives no matter what obstacles are put in front of you!
