This presentation will teach the fundamentals of self-hypnosis and guided imagery for creating change. These hypnosis/guided imagery techniques will be utilizable and beneficial for attendees immediately in their lives.

The presenters will teach the language of the mind and how to re-write stories that are no longer serving individuals and families. There will be a refresher regarding emotional freedom technique‘s (EFT) and muscle testing from the previous presentations and a few more techniques that were not taught.
