Is your child easily distracted and finds it hard to remember what they learned in school? Does your child have difficulty managing their emotions and struggles with shifting focus from one task to another?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, your child may be struggling with executive function skills. Deficits in executive function can impact school achievement, positive behaviors and the health of our children.

In this workshop, we will explore why the executive function is so important, what it looks like in children, strategies and skill-building activities that will enhance their executive function capacities. We will examine how building executive function and self-regulation in ourselves as caregivers can enhance our ability to model and support these skills in children. We hope you can join us!

Directions will be provided at registration.

Please note, no childcare is provided or available onsite. Do not bring babies or children to class. Thank you!
