Breaking Down Barriers is an outreach program presented by Jewish Family Services that works with underserved communities to talk about mental wellness. The presentation discusses the stigma of mental health and helps to connect participants to helpful resources. The goal is to normalize conversations about mental health so that everyone can thrive in their community.  

Please note, no childcare is provided or available on-site at the support groups. Do not bring babies or children to class. Thank you!
